Movement + Intention
Mindful Movement
Movement is the ideal companion to a healing or transformational journey. Before anything else can change, the body needs to feel safe — and gentle movement is one of the most direct ways to offer it that safety.
Why movement belongs on your journey
- 1
The body holds what the mind carries
Stress, grief and old patterns live in the body, not just in the mind. Talking can only reach so far — gentle movement lets the body soften and release what words alone cannot.
- 2
Regulation you can feel
A healing journey asks a lot of your nervous system. Movement helps it settle, so the deep work you are doing has a calm, steady place to land.
- 3
Change that lasts
Insight fades unless the body learns it too. When a new way of being is practiced in the body, it stops being an idea and becomes who you are.
My experience and expertise
I am a certified Yoga Instructor at the 500-ERYT level, with years of guiding people of every age and ability through yoga, breath and mindful movement. My style is intuitive and unhurried — I teach the way I coach, meeting you where you are and letting your body set the pace. Movement, for me, has never been about perfecting a pose; it is a doorway back into your own body, and one of the most reliable ways I know to move past what has been holding you.
The kinds of movement I offer
Gentle yoga
Slow, accessible yoga for every body — no flexibility required. Poses are chosen for how they help you feel, not how they look.
Breathwork
Simple, powerful breathing practices that calm the nervous system in minutes and can be used anywhere, any time.
Somatic movement
Small, mindful movements that reconnect you with what your body is telling you, releasing tension and old patterns gently.
Mindful stretching and mobility
Everyday practices that ease stiffness, restore energy, and help your body feel at home again.
Always personalized
There is no one-size-fits-all here. Every movement program I offer is personalized to each person's needs — your body, your history, your energy, and where you are in your journey. What we practice together will always be chosen for you.
What movement gives you
A calmer nervous system
Movement is one of the fastest ways to shift out of stress and into ease — and with practice, the calm lasts longer.
Better sleep and energy
Gentle, regular movement helps the body rest deeply at night and feel more alive during the day.
Less tension and pain
Tight shoulders, a sore back, a clenched jaw — as the body softens, so much of what it has been holding lets go.
Room to feel
Emotions that have been tucked away often surface gently during movement, and pass through with more ease.
Confidence in your body
As strength and ease return, trust in your own body returns with them — a quiet, steady confidence.
Deeper healing
Movement multiplies everything else you are doing. Coaching, Reiki, retreats — they all land deeper when the body moves alongside.
You never have to be flexible, fit, or experienced to begin. Movement meets you exactly where you are today.
